For international students
As a minimum, applicants should hold or be predicted to achieve the equivalent of the following UK qualifications: a master's degree with a mark of at least 67%; and a first-class or strong upper second-class undergraduate degree with honours in any subject. It is expected that applicants will hold a taught master's or other advanced degree, normally in one of the social sciences, including law, but candidates from other disciplines embracing the social study of technology will also be considered. For applicants with a degree from the USA, the minimum GPA sought is 3.5 out of 4.0. Applicants need to have IELTS score of 7.5 with a minimum of 7.0 per component. TOEFL iBT score of 110 with a minimum component score of 22 in listening, 24 in reading, 24 in writing and 25 in speaking.

Although the exact date of foundation remains unclear, the Oxford University can trace its roots back to the end of the 11th century. The university is located at Wellington Square, Oxford and comprises of nearly 20,000 students. There are four academic divisions within the university, namely, Humanities, Medical Sciences, Mathematical, Physical & Life Sciences, and Social Sciences.
