Computer science is a fast-moving field that brings together disciplines including mathematics, engineering, the natural sciences, psychology and linguistics. Our course is broad and deep – providing you with skills highly prized in industry and for research, and giving skills to create future technology. All aspects of modern computer science are covered, along with the underlying theory and foundations in economics, law and business. You also develop practical skills, such as programming and hardware systems. The course offers an optional fourth year leading to an MEng degree (progression to the fourth year is dependent on satisfactory performance).

For Iranian students

Students taking the Konkur (National Entrance Examination) and Peeshdaneshgahe (Pre-University Certificate) would be based on grade 18 in both qualifications.

About

The University of Cambridge was formed in 1209. It has a student population of 17,000 including almost 3,000 international students. The University is located in Cambridge, England and currently has 31 colleges, of which 3 admit only women. The University has always maintained a strong emphasis on mathematics. Students are required to take an exam for the Arts degree, the main first degree at Cambridge.
