University of Oxford

Although the exact date of foundation remains unclear, the Oxford University can trace its roots back to the end of the 11th century. The university is located at Wellington Square, Oxford and comprises of nearly 20,000 students. There are four academic divisions within the university, namely, Humanities, Medical Sciences, Mathematical, Physical & Life Sciences, and Social Sciences. Some of the subjects offered include science, biochemistry, chemistry, computing, ornithology, engineering science, Islamic studies, materials, and mathematics.
