Students can access MIT’s safe and sociable student village, which accommodates students who come from outside the Auckland area. The student village offers a modern, friendly and affordable site just a short walk from the main north and south campuses in Otara.
The New Zealand Qualification Authority placed MIT in Category One, the highest category, in their latest review back in 2016.
The institution offers a wide range of courses from certificate to degree and graduate diploma levels; with a balance of theory and applied learning in modern, specialist facilities.
There are nine different schools, each covering more specific subjects within their fields. These schools cover business, consumer services, creative arts, digital technologies, education and social sciences, engineering and trades, health and counselling, and lots more.
