TAFE Queensland
As one of Australia’s largest education providers, TAFE Queensland offers more than 180 courses in 15 fields of study – ranging from healthcare to hairdressing. Students can choose their preferred method of learning to suit their educational needs such as online, classroom or print based. Courses are practical, tailored to reflect industry practice, and are taught by experienced teachers who can provide first-hand industry insights. The institution teaches more than 120,000 students both domestically and internationally, with overseas students enrolling from more than 90 countries.
At TAFE Queensland, students have plenty of choice when deciding where to study as there are more than 50 campus locations in the regions of Brisbane, Sunshine Coast, Gold Coast, Cairns, Townsville and Toowoomba.
Students also benefit from plenty of state-of-the-art learning facilities related to their course. These include fully-operating restaurants, childcare centres, engineering workshops, beauty salons, automotive workshops, construction sites, sports centres, Apple Mac computer labs and use of Adobe software.
A wide range of support is also available for students at TAFE Queensland, including help for those with a disability, a confidential counselling service and learning support. The International Student Support Office is at hand to ensure students have a smooth transition and settle in quickly on arrival to Australia.
TAFE Queensland ensures that students are ready for work during and after their studies, and provides connections to services including careers advice, cv writing and cover letters, interview practice and assistance when looking for work experience or jobs.
Students across the TAFE Queensland campuses are encouraged to get involved with extra-curricular activities so that they have plenty of opportunities to meet new people and integrate into their new home. These include sports competitions, group day trips and end of term parties.

They must then check:

Students must prepare their certified supporting documents. They must also submit their application and supporting documents through the online application portal, or they must submit their application through one of TAFE Queensland’s registered agents.
Once the students receive their letter of offer, they must accept and pay for their offer. Students must then receive their Confirmation of Enrolment (eCoE - required for lodging a visa application).
They must then apply for their visa. Applicants for an international student visa, who are under 18 years of age will be accepted by TAFE Queensland if they establish with certainty that they will be accompanied by a legal custodian, parent, or a suitable relative whose age is 21 years or above.
