With more than 120 years of teaching experience, Le Cordon Bleu is an educational provider that focuses on the culinary arts- with three campuses in Australia- one of which is based in Melbourne. Le Cordon Bleu Australia offers vocational, undergraduate and post-graduate study programs in the areas of cuisine, pastry, management and gastronomy- in partnership with highly reputable tertiary institutions including the University of South Australia, Southern Cross University, Regency International Centre for Tourism, Hospitality and Food Studies, Northern Sydney Institute and Holmesglen. All programs have been designed with input from industry and offer a blend of theoretical and practical training. The Institution is home to international students from over 35 different countries.
