This programme is under review for September 2021 entry. We expect to make changes to the programme structure and assessment arrangements, and will publish an update by the beginning of December. In the interim, we will take applications, but no offers will be made until the review is complete. Managing exciting cultural initiatives takes more than just creativity and vision. This course will develop your leadership and organisational skills so that you can deliver projects that you're passionate about. We collaborate with Schools across Queen Mary so you can tailor the course to your interests, whether that's theatre, film, design or working with communities. Understand the regulatory, ethical, financial, organisational framework underlying the creative industries and arts organisations (CIAO) Develop cultural and ethical skills and gain a thorough knowledge of key organisational principles in CIAO Tailor your course to your career trajectory - choose specialist topics from Drama, Law, English, Geography or Film to study alongside cutting-edge business modules Facilities State-of-the-art media suite with editing software (QUBE) Think Pod - an interactive collaboration space with presentation, recording and video conferencing facilities Brand new Graduate Centre, offering purpose-built study spaces and an exclusive rooftop common room Full access to Queen Mary’s comprehensive libraries including The British Library Career paths This programme will prepare you for positions of significant responsibility and leadership in creative industries and arts organisation whether provided by government, private or nonprofit agencies.

For international students

Degree requirements – You need a 2:1 or above at undergraduate level in any subject. Other routes - Candidates that do not currently meet the set entry requirements may also have the option to study the Graduate Diploma in Humanities and Social Sciences. Meeting the required grades on completion of this programme will provide a pathway to study MA Creative Industries and Arts Organisation. IELTS (Academic) minimum score 6.5 overall with 6.0 in each of Writing, Listening, Reading and Speaking.

Applicants must meet all of the following eligibility criteria : You must have a conditional or unconditional offer for the Art, Business and the Law LLM (please note that this is a specific programme of study, it does not apply to those who are applying for any of the other LLM programmes). You must be a full time student, You can have either a UK or International fees status, You must have made and application for the Art Business and Law LLM programme, You must not be in receipt of funding from another source. Diploma courses offered by the Institute of Art & Law. The scholarships are not payable directly to the successful applicant but are offset against your student fee invoice.
