For international students
The following are minimum requirements to be considered for entry into the MD program. Admission is highly competitive, with 110 seats available each year. The Doctor of Medicine is an advanced entry program. Before you can be considered for admission, you must complete a bachelor's degree from a recognized university with an adjusted grade point average of 3.30 or higher. You must also complete the Medical College Admission Test (MCAT) and a situational judgement test (Casper). If you do not meet the requirements for advanced entry into the Doctor of Medicine program, you can apply for admission to University 1, the Bachelor of Science program, or another program with direct entry. English language proficiency IAEP (Intensive Academic English Program) - Pass Level 5/AEPUCE (Academic English Program for University and College Entrance) with a minimum of 65% overall IELTS (Academic module) (International English Language Testing System) - 6.5 overall Internet-based TOEFL - Overall score of 86 (Reading, Writing, Listening, Speaking - 20) Pearson Test of English Academic - 61 overall Cambridge Assessment of English at the C1 Advanced or C2 Proficiency level - Minimum score of 180
