In a world filled with uncertainty, mindfulness is an essential tool.
As a treatment, mindfulness is increasingly sought after, but it’s important to ensure its practice is evidence-based.
This Melbourne MicroCert will equip you with the skills and confidence to offer clinical mindfulness practices to your clients or patients, and ensure your knowledge is backed by the latest research.
You will be guided by leading practitioners from the University of Melbourne’s Faculty of Medicine, Dentistry and Health Sciences to cover essential clinical mindfulness theory, explore the efficacy of various techniques, and put your knowledge into practice.
You will learn how to prepare and run interventions to support people who struggle with stress or mental health problems. Learning is applicable to a range of settings, including allied, clinical and educational.
Fully online delivery presents a convenient way to develop your skillset, from a location that suits you.
