The Master of Management (MoM) program equips graduates and professionals from a cognate discipline to become evidence-based decision makers, innovative problem solvers, responsible social citizens, and future leaders. The MoM program provides specialised knowledge and skills in a single specialisation area chosen from: Management; Digital Transformation; Entrepreneurship & Innovation; Leadership; Project ManagementEmployment OpportunitiesManagers in the private or public sectors challenged by the complexity of modern organisations; Entrepreneurs from a range of industries; Professionals from diverse backgrounds needing management knowledge and skills to enhance their career prospects; Management consultants seeking leading edge thinking on management practice policy advisers designing, implementing or evaluating policies; Management, leadership, consultant, coordination or administration positions in areas such as sales, advertising, marketing, corporate services, tourism, hospitality, health, welfare, social services, administration, public relations, policy, planning, production, education services, customer services, facilities and construction.

For international students

Applicants must have either: A Bachelor degree or international equivalent in a cognate discipline with minimum GPA of 5.0/7.0 or; A Bachelor degree or international equivalent in a cognate discipline with minimum GPA of 4.0/7.0 and at least 3 years of full-time equivalent years of professional experience at ANZSCO Skill Level 1 in a field related to the program or; A Bachelor (Honours) degree or international equivalent in a cognate discipline with minimum GPA of 4.0/7.0 or; A Bachelor degree or international equivalent with a minimum GPA of 4.0/7.0 in a cognate discipline AND a Graduate Certificate in a cognate discipline with a minimum GPA of 4.0/7.0 or; A Graduate Certificate or international equivalent in a cognate discipline with minimum GPA of 4.0/7.0 and at least 3 years of full-time equivalent years of professional experience at ANZSCO Skill Level 1 in a field related to the program or; A Graduate Diploma or international equivalent in a cognate discipline with minimum GPA of 4.0/7.0 or; A Masters degree or international equivalent in a cognate discipline with a minimum GPA of 4.0/7.0 or; 48 units of postgraduate courses in a cognate discipline with a minimum GPA of 4.0/7.0 or; English Language Requirements IELTS Academic and IELTS UKVI Academic [excluding One Skill Retake and IELTS Online] - Overall score of 6.5 overall with minimum 6.0 in each band. TOEFL iBT Paper Edition and TOEFL iBT [excluding Paper Edition and Home Edition] - Overall score of 80 (Reading - 20; Writing - 20; Listening - 18; Speaking - 18). Cambridge C1 Advanced - Overall score of 176 minimum 169 in each band. PTE Academic and PTE Academic UKVI [excluding PTE Academic Online] - Overall score of 64 minimum 55 in each band.
