The Data Science major packages existing data science subjects together with new subjects on Data Visualisation, Big Data and Machine Learning.

Depending on your area of specialisation, you could work in a growing number of fields including aquaculture, fisheries management, chemistry, pharmaceuticals, mining, or biotechnology.

Additional Course requirements JCU Singapore applicants who have not completed high school Mathematical Methods (or equivalent) must select MA1020: Preparatory Mathematics as part of their study plan to successfully complete the Bachelor of Science.
